The battery uses LiFePO4 chemistry for long cycle life, maintenance-free operation, and improved usability compared with traditional lead-acid deep-cycle batteries. Bluetooth® monitoring allows users to check battery status from a compatible mobile device, including battery level and real-time power activity. This battery is for auxiliary power only and is not for use as a starter battery.
The UT 1300 BT is built for supported auxiliary power systems where reliable stored energy is needed for RVs, solar setups, off-grid cabins, mobile power systems, and backup energy storage. It is designed as a deep-cycle lithium battery replacement, not an engine starting battery.
Built-in Bluetooth® monitoring allows users to view battery status through a compatible mobile device. This helps users track remaining capacity, incoming power, outgoing power, and system activity without relying only on external meters.
The Lion UT 1300 BT is rated for 3,500+ life cycles at 100% depth of discharge and can retain charge for up to 2 years without use. This makes it useful for long-term auxiliary power planning, seasonal RV use, emergency storage, and solar energy systems.
The battery can be used in supported series or parallel configurations to build systems from 12V to 48V and from 105Ah to 420Ah. Battery bank design, charging equipment, cabling, fusing, and installation should be matched carefully to the intended application.
