AIMS Power LFP230V96A-M – 230V Lithium Battery Cabinet for Hybrid Inverter Systems

The AIMS Power LFP230V96A-M lithium battery cabinet is a master battery cabinet designed for use with compatible AIMS Power hybrid inverter systems. This pre-wired 230.4VDC cabinet provides 96 amp hours and 22.1 kWh / 22,114 watt hours of lithium battery storage for critical loads, load sharing, and peak-rate power management when paired with the proper inverter setup. The cabinet includes six 38.4V lithium packs wired in series and uses a pre-programmed BMS designed to communicate with the hybrid inverter. It can also be expanded with compatible slave cabinets, with a maximum of three battery cabinets per hybrid inverter: one master and two slaves. For high-voltage battery backup and solar storage systems, final sizing, installation planning, and system configuration should be handled by a qualified installer.

The master cabinet includes the BMS required for system communication and is pre-wired to simplify connection planning. The system requires positive, negative, and CAN communication connections to the compatible inverter.

Expandable Cabinet Design for Larger Systems

The LFP230V96A-M master cabinet can be used with compatible LFP230V96A-S slave cabinets for expanded battery storage. A single compatible hybrid inverter supports up to three cabinets total: one master cabinet and two slave cabinets.

Durable Cabinet Format for Energy Storage Installations

The cabinet is built for stationary battery storage applications with natural cooling, IP54-rated protection, included lifting eye bolts, and a 650 lb cabinet weight that should be considered during site preparation and placement planning.
