The Rich Solar RS-K12004 is a 1200W DIY solar charging kit without batteries for RVs, boats, trailers, cabins and off-grid battery systems. It includes six MEGA 200 200W monocrystalline solar panels, one 60A MPPT solar charge controller, red and black panel-to-controller cables, red and black controller-to-battery cables, six Z-bracket mounting sets, one 30A inline fuse holder with fuse and one Y-branch parallel adapter. The included panels provide 1200W total rated solar output, while the controller supports 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V DC system detection with compatible sealed, gel, flooded and lithium battery options. Batteries, inverter, battery enclosure, additional protection equipment, final mounting hardware and site-specific installation materials are not listed as included. Battery selection, array layout, cable routing, fuse placement, weather protection and final system setup should be verified for the exact installation.
The RS-K12004 is built for larger DIY solar charging projects where multiple panels, a higher-capacity MPPT controller and core wiring are needed. It is a practical kit for users who already have a compatible battery bank or plan to select one separately. It does not include a battery, inverter or full enclosure system.
The kit includes six MEGA 200 panels, each rated at 200W, for 1200W total rated photovoltaic capacity. Each panel is specified with 18.4V maximum power voltage, 10.9A maximum power current, 21.8V open-circuit voltage and 11.6A short-circuit current. The panels use high-transmission anti-reflective coated tempered glass, an anodized aluminum frame and pre-drilled mounting holes.
The included 60A MPPT controller automatically detects 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V DC system voltages. It supports compatible sealed, gel, flooded and lithium battery options and is listed with up to 99% tracking efficiency and 98% peak conversion efficiency. It also includes an LCD screen, LED indicators, RS232 communication for a BT-1 Bluetooth module and electronic protection against reverse polarity, overcharging, over-discharging, overload, short-circuiting and reverse current.
The RS-K12004 includes 20-foot red and black #10 gauge solar cables for connecting the panel array to the controller, 10-foot red and black #8 gauge battery cables for connecting the controller to the battery, six Z-bracket mounting sets, one 30A inline fuse holder with fuse and one Y-branch parallel adapter. Final wiring layout, fusing, strain relief, mounting structure, weather exposure and battery connection should be verified before installation.
The RS-K12004 combines six 200W panels with a 60A MPPT controller for planned RV, boat, trailer and off-grid charging setups.
Included #10 solar cables, #8 battery cables, Z-brackets, a 30A fuse holder and Y-branch adapter support planned system assembly.
